The team behind IoTX Platform
We are a Bulgarian technology company with over 20 years of experience building intelligent systems for cities, transport networks, and public infrastructure across Bulgaria.
our mission
Making cities work smarter — for everyone.
IoTX Platform was born from a simple belief: cities generate enormous amounts of data every second, but most of it goes unused. Traffic lights switch on fixed timers. Car parks fill up with no guidance for drivers. Street lamps burn at full power through the night regardless of conditions.
We built IoTX to change that. By connecting sensors, cameras, and existing city systems into a single intelligent platform, we give municipalities the real-time visibility they need to make better decisions — and deliver measurable results for the citizens they serve.
What drives us
Our values
Outcomes over features
We measure success by outcomes for citizens — reduced congestion, lower energy bills, cleaner streets — not by the number of features delivered.
Integration first
Cities already have infrastructure. We connect to what exists rather than replacing it, protecting prior investments and reducing deployment risk.
Security by design
Public infrastructure is critical infrastructure. Every module is built with security, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance in mind.
Partnership, not just software
We work alongside municipal teams from pilot to full deployment, providing training, support, and continuous improvement throughout the relationship.
Data transparency
We believe cities and their citizens deserve to understand how decisions are made. Our dashboards are built for clarity, not complexity.
Built for Europe
Designed to meet EU data protection standards, public procurement requirements, and the operational realities of European municipalities of every size.
